Contoh Percakapan Bahasa Inggris

*Irma as visitor of hotel.         
*Devi as receptionist.
*Novita as maid of hotel.
*Nanda as manager.

Situation :
Irma perceives service hotel not maximal. She doesn't get new towel and her lunch order slowed by coming. Finally, She decides to pass on it’s complaint to Hotel Manager.

Irma       : Can I meet the hotel manager?
Devi     : Of course. But, may I know the reason, madam ?
Irma       : I have to speak to her. There is uncofortable thing happend during my check in.
Devi     : You mean you want to make a complaint to him, madam?
Irma       : Yes, I do.
Devi     : Let me check his schedule first. He is not at his office right now sir. Would you 
                 mind telling me your complaint, please?
Irma       : Ok. First I didn’t get a new towel in the bathroom. That should be available when
   came. Consequently I had to use my old towel. Second, My lunch order was too
   late.
I ordered for 1 p.m but it came at 1.30 p.m. I had to wait it for 30 minutes. It’s
   very consuming my time.
Devi    : We are very sorry, sir. I promise it won't happen again.
Irma        : I hope so. But I still need to talk to your manager. Arrange my meeting to him.
Devi    : Yes sir. I will tell him soon he comes to his office.

After that, devi calls managernya in its room.
Devi     : Execuse I madam, there is that wants to meet by you?
Nanda : Who? And wants what?
Devi     : Hotel visitor. She wants complain hit dissatisfactory service.
Nanda : Okey. Her errand is entering goes to my room.
Devi     : Yes madam.

Then devi comes out from hall and going to call irma
Devi    : Excuse me madam. she can direct meet our manager at its hall.
Irma       : Well. Where is its hall.? Can help to point?
Devi    : Can madam. My lets squire.
 
Afterwards, devi leads irma goes to manager's hall.
Devi    : ( tok.. tok.. tok ).. Madam's permit. This visitor that complain with ministering our
                 hotel.
Nanda: Okay. Her asks entering.
Devi    : Yes, madam.


Then Irma turns in at manager's hall.
Irma      : Excuse me. I’m Irma. I want complain about service at this hotel.
Nanda: Well. Please to say your complain
Irma      : OK. I First did not get a. new towel in the bathroom. I That should be available
                 when came. I Consequently had to use my old towel. second, My lunch orders
                 was too late. I ordered for 1 p.m but it came at 1.30 p.m. I  had to wait it for 30
                 minutes. It;s very consuming my time.
Nanda: Okay. Seemingly, I want your confimation my complaint by our servant.
Irma      : Yes pleases.

Then manager calls up devi to enjoin novita comes to its hall.
Nanda: Please, call Novita for me!
Devi     : Yes, madam.
Novita afterwards comes to manager's room
Novita : Excuse me . Madam calls me. Can I help you?
Nanda : Yes.. I want confimation her complaint. about your bad service to
                  madam
.
Novita :  There is  a problem with the service that I do
Irma       :  You still to ask again there is what problem?  First did not get a new towel in                 
   bathroom. That should be available when came. I consequently had to use my
   old towel. Second, My lunch orders was too late. I ordered for 1 p.m but it came
   at 1.30 p.m. I had to wait it for 30 minutes. It;s very consuming my time.  You
   know I have an important meeting this afternoon.
Novita                : I apologize on your uncomfortableness
Nanda: Could you explain this problem?
Novita: Empty new towel stockpiling so I gives long time towel, for noon food because
   alimentary main material stockpiling one was ordered by this madam is gone so
   have to buy alimentary main material that goes to grocery at crosses so I late take
   in it to madam's room.
N anda: We really apologize for this problem, Madam. We will check the  better service at
                 next time.
Irma       : Well, I pass over and help at next time I am not same fault.
Novita                : Thank you, madam .
